Overview

BIA operates several efficient and semi-automated work centres that enable us to produce your castings in either greensand or hardsand moulds. We have the capacity and flexibility to manufacture castings of differing shapes with a high quality finish, with minimal turnaround times.

We can manage medium (around 50 off) and high (around 2 000 off) volume production runs of small parts. For larger jobs, the numbers can vary from a single item to almost unlimited quantities, depending on your time frame. However, we assess each job individually, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

The BIA iron and steel casting foundry is able to work with an extensive range of metals and to facilitate your production process, we also have the expertise and capability to perform a range of small scale manufacturing activities including:

product enhancement
production planning
drilling, grinding and machining
shot blasting
assembly and packaging

When you require it, we will coordinate and manage the work of external suppliers who are contributing to your final product, to ensure that your quality standards and delivery times are met.
