As a specialist ferrous foundry, BIA provides exceptional service when you want to create a new product. Our metallurgist offers expert advice about the best metal for your particular job, then we use state-of-the-art solidification software to predict the casting outcome.

Once the cast mould is made, we perform cast trials and carefully check the resulting items both for dimensional accuracy and cast integrity. Both destructive and non-destructive tests on the trial castings ensure that you will be satisfied with the final product.

Once your casting reaches the production line, we perform percentage checks to maintain our strict quality standards.
